Superheroines in history...

Judith loves comics - Marvel, DC, indie comics of all kinds. So naturally the Cloaks and Countesses series features heroines with a lot more secrets, talents, and weapons than your average miss. Our heroines don't have "powers" but they do have abilities that will surprise you, and forever loves that surprise them, too.

This "superheroes by Austen" style collection features women who fight villainy and the men who love them. There are several Cloaks and Countesses books to come, so don't be surprised if the villain gets away to fight another day...
